My sister-in-law had her first run this week, it was a 5 Km. She has been training for months, getting out of bed at 5:30 am to run along the beach with her trainer-Dylan.It is not always easy to leave a warm bed when the rain is spitting off the windows and there is no sun in site but she did and she came in with a great time, we are SO proud of her.
I made her these sterling silver earrings for her efforts.
